We begin your Swedish Massage session with a hot cup of tea and a touch of our Signature essential oil blend on your temples to help clear your mind and prepare you for your time with us.
Swedish massage is a relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oil, cream, lotion, balm or emollient with an array of strokes such as effleurage, petrissage, friction, vibration, compression, and tapotement to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
During your session you will enjoy a hot-moist pad & table heat with our Signature essential oil blends that are diffused and spritzed at various times throughout your session to help relaxation of your mind, body and spirit. Your session includes hot moist towel compresses for the back, chest, face and feet and will finish with gentle tapotement over the body.
CBD Full Body Massage
A combination of our Swedish massage service with an application of a THC-free CBD massage oil for wonderful mind and body relaxation. Choice of Herbal Therapy Blend Full Spectrum Hemp Oil 800mg or Maximum Strength Deep Rub Pain Relief Blend 250mg.
Deep Tissue Add-on is available for an additional cost.
Deep Tissue Massage
We begin your Deep Tissue Massage session with a hot cup of tea and a touch of our Signature essential oil blend on your temples to help clear your mind and prepare you for your time with us.
Our most popular session, similar to Swedish Massage with bodywork to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue with a combination of muscle therapy lotion and our muscle ease essential oil blend.
Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.
To aid flushing and removal of toxins and reduce soreness after session, please ingest plenty of water.

Pregnancy Massage
A peaceful, slow & gentle side-lying Swedish Massage for Mom-to-be and Baby with beautiful aromas floating thru the air on a table layered with soft linens and support pillows to snuggle encourage relaxation for Mom-to-be and Baby both to enjoy all the beautiful moments of change and excitement for baby's arrival date.
Aromatherapy Add-on is available for some pregnancy related conditions.
